OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOU:
Competence in Supply Chain management at least 5 years, production planning, inventory management, Logistics and Continuous Improvement in an FMCG or similar production environment
Leading operational efficiency (e.g., reduce Logistics costs) and continuous improvement of Supply Chain performance within the Cluster
Define inventory strategy and required stock levels for the cluster
Strong commercial acumen and financially savvy. Proven influencing and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrable track record of leading and embedding culture led change.
A strong technical career background and experience managing shop floor manufacturing operations, quality standards and asset maintenance
Fluency in English and at least one of the local languages of the Region is a prerequisite (Lithuanian, Estonian or Latvian). Additional language: Russian.
