If you have:

• University degree in food technology, chemistry, biology, total quality management or similar (may be in the process of acquiring a degree).
• Or want to gain knowledge of HACCP principles and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, perfectly fluent Estonian language and fluent English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving; decision-making skills, ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, including the stores.
• Driving licence, this position commutes between stores and office at least 25% of time.

We will entrust you:

• Ensure safe, transparent, and traceable goods handling in stores in accordance with legal requirements, best practices and ICA Group policies.
• Ensure the necessary level of quality and food safety competence within the operations by providing relevant expertise, support and training.
• Establish and regularly update relevant self-control procedures and instructions, develop quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
• Perform internal quality audits in stores and own production.
• Provide relevant guidelines, trainings, consultations to stores and other stakeholders.
• Follow up the state inspections protocols in stores and corrective actions requested.
• Promote other employee awareness and ensure an uncompromising approach is taken in relation to food safety, quality and/or authenticity
