Requirements

Experience in working as a full-cycle recruiter and conducting interviews
Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
Have a proactive approach, high ethical standards and love teamwork
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and Russian

Work responsibilities

Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
Creating job descriptions, carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews
Being the first point of contact providing an amazing candidate experience
Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream
Contribute to the other HR team initiatives if necessary
