Preferred qualifications and abilities:
• Relevant education at a higher level
• Relevant experience within management of maritime personnel
• Good knowledge of English
• Good IT knowledge
• Systematic person with good communication and co-operation abilities

Duties:
• Daily coordination of crew for allocated vessels
• Plan and execute crew-changes
• Assist in recruitment of maritime personnel
• Document that manning is in compliance with the requirements
• Recording and management of crew reports and files
• Budget- and cost control
