Our R&D team based at TFTAK in Tallinn, Estonia conducts analytical and fermentation related projects for Lallemand’s business units operating in the field of baking, fermented beverages, biofuel, health ingredients, plant care, and dairy & meat applications. We are looking for a specialist to lead our biotechnology team.

• Your responsibilities will include coordination of project-specific activities and supervising a small team of specialists with MSc degree, follow-up on the projects progress, and communication with project stakeholders across Lallemand group, including reporting and projects review presentations.
