We are looking for an experienced and talented finance professional to join us in Business Banking CFO (BB CFO) team in Estonia. This is an opportunity for you with strong business mindset and motivation to drive value creation for Business Banking though high-quality financial steering and insights.
About this opportunity
Welcome to BB CFO where we drive financial steering and performance management for Business Banking. We act as finance business partners to the management teams in Business Banking and based on both our financial competences and business understanding, proactively support and challenge our stakeholders to drive long-term value creation.
As a Senior Analyst in BB CFO, you will work closely with our country CFOs and business units to contribute to performance follow-up and financial planning, and to provide financial insights to improve business momentum. The role is within the TxB & BB CFO team that serves both Business Banking and Transaction Banking (our product unit). The team currently consists of 8 members across the Nordic countries.
You will drive and support a variety of deliveries such as:
• Performance follow-up, analysis and improvements for Business Banking
• Financial planning - budgeting, target-setting and forecasting
• Ad-hoc analysis and presentations
• Various Nordic business development and strategy projects, often in collaboration with business or products units and/or BB Strategy & Office
The role is based in our Ülemiste Campus in Tallinn.

To succeed in this role, you need to be:
• Motivated by working with a complex business landscape, driving strong performance and engaging with a variety of stakeholders
• Comfortable and used to working in a high-paced environment, with many deliverables and diverse responsibilities, often against tight deadlines
Your experience and background:
• Relevant work experience of ~5 years in financial planning, performance management and/or business control
• Skilled in using relevant IT tools (Excel is a prerequisite, BI tools and financial/accounting systems are advantages)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
• University degree in finance or accounting, Master’s degree is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
