• Detail backlog items and set clear acceptance criteria
• Verify and anchor backlog items with relevant stakeholders
• Make sure backlog items understandable to the team
• Do regression tests and quality assure delivered functionality
• Support stakeholders in launch activities
• Continuously update documentation for the services

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, other relevant
• Experience in business, process, functionality analysis at least 2 years
• Experience with testing, training, system maintenance at least 2 years
• Mastering methods and tools for business analysis and testing
• Understanding of internal processes such as risk management and compliance management, assurance, validation and/or control
• Ability to create needed network throughout the bank
