Our expectations:
- Hands-on experience and know-how about SEO, SEM, SMO and WEB project management and Google products
- Experience working with content management systems
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- You are interested in digital marketing, e-commerce and follow market trends
- Experience with international or at least Baltics projects. If you don’t - be ready to dig in
- You are fluent in English (verbal and written) and one of Baltics (Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian) languages. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage

You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute optimization strategies that increase SIXT Baltics websites rankings and bring regular traffic to all SIXT websites
o analyze, plan and support for running search and ad campaigns to generate conversions
o collaborate with web development partners to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content
o work with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
o on-going keyword research, discovery and optimization
o change website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
o monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics
o ensure high-quality website content to improve website search results - WEB project management - full control over pan Baltic web assets and development initiatives
o planning and coordination of web development projects (updates of existing websites and development of new websites) withing SIXT teams and with web development partners
o support in content development and management to sales and marketing teams
o coordination of international web development projects with SIXT HQ
o daily content maintenance according to global and local needs - Google and social media assets of SIXT companies in Baltics
