• Experience related to this role (Product owner, senior analyst etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL (SAP BO, Teradata would be an advantage)
• Strong technical understanding of all CRM channels - Email, SMS, Push notifications, etc
• Fundamentals of statistics

• Knowledge how to switch data reports into insights and present them in simple manner

We are looking for a proactive team member in Marketing division who will be responsible for creating various sales campaigns for private and business customers in the CRM system, developing and managing these, and actively cooperating with sales, digital and IT teams.

About the job:
• Management of sales campaigns in the CRM systems: creation, administration, analysis of the results and forecasts
• Development of CRM systems and strategy, lead technical implementation best practices across the team
• Searching and creation of communication in the CRM systems (CIM, VCX, etc.)
• Prioritize CRM system tasks and projects
• Management of Data Warehouse development
• Development of customer data model and data quality
• Linking CRM with different systems and data sources
