Requirements are:

High level of competence in using Google Suite
Good working knowledge of SAP HR
Interest in data structures
Experience in automation and/or digitization of HR administration processes
English: C1 - Effective Operational Proficiency or Advanced.
Proven Solid change management skills

Your responsibilities will include

Owning some HR Global Reports to support the Leadership Team and Board of Directors
You will work on some other Global HR Projects and processes and support the CPCO in getting the documentation in place for leadership meetings.
Engage, inspire and lead project team members, direct or indirect
Engaging with stakeholders on all organizational levels at different departments Globally
