Tasks

participation in client meetings in order to figure out client's needs;
screening candidates applications;
sourcing;
providing a shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients.

Requirements

knowledge of Estonian language (C1);
knowledge of English language (B2);
at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter;
solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;

Beneficial

knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
