RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation and configuration of computer workstations, printers and other peripheral equipments;
Workstation maintenance and incidents resolution;
Printers maintenance and incidents resolution;
Collaboration with computer users to provide technical support and to assist in the resolution of software and hardware problems;
Consumer consultation on the use of IT equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years experience in installing, configuring, maintaining and testing printers and computer workstation hardware, software and other peripheral equipment;
Good English and Estonian language skills;
Capability to find solutions for customer requests even in extraordinary situations;
Excellent communication skills and supportive personality;
Driver license.
