We are looking for a Spanish-speaking e-commerce influencer who would interact with our valued customers and help them with any questions or concerns regarding the process of renting a car online. At the same time, the e-commerce influencer promotes the company’s products and services to influence sales and consumer behaviour.
Our ideal candidate someone who is a quick learner and skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls (via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp) and email requests with a friendly, helpful and professional approach. This offer is for project-based employment with an estimated duration of 4–5 months.
We expect:
- Good written and verbal English and Spanish skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and precision
- Willingness to work in shifts between 06:00–05:00 during weekdays and 11:00–04:00 during weekends
Skill in any additional languages is a huge benefit!
