We are looking for an e-commerce influencer who would interact with our valued customers and help them with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the process of renting a car online. At the same time, the e-commerce influencer should also promote the company’s products and services to influence sales and consumer behaviour.
Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who is skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls (via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp) and e-mail requests with a friendly, helpful and professional approach. This is a project-based employment with an estimated duration of 5-6 months.
We expect:
- Good written and verbal English and French skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Acute sense of responsibility, punctuality and precision
- Possibility to work between 06:00 - 05:00 during weekdays and 11-04 during weekends
Any additional languages is a huge benefit!
