We are looking for a full time Delphi Software Developer. Prior job or Delphi programming language experience is not strictly required, we offer in-house training. As a Software Developer within the Server Team, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop scalable business solutions for our customers who have tens of thousands of patient visits per day.

Required skill/knowledge:

● Understanding of algorithms and data structures (binary search, hash tables, sorting, linked lists, concurrency etc).

● Experience with databases, table relations and writing SQL queries and query performance optimizations.

● Good understanding of programming concepts in any programming language, has either prior experience on relevant field or has reference projects he/she has worked in school or as a hobby.

● Understand business requirements and be able to convert them into solutions that provide value for customers.

● Estonian language proficiency in communication level.

Good to have skills/knowledge:

● Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

● Experience with Delphi programming language or prior experience with C/C++ is also a plus.

● Experience with MySQL server.

● Experience with Windows API and knowledge of programming under Windows OS in general.
