Requirements for candidates

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
Practical experience in construction projects
Valid Estonian professional qualification of Construction Engineer or willingness to obtain it
Experience working with the Estonian Construction Register (EHR) is required
Strong skills in documentation management and attention to detail
Experience with AutoCAD (DWG) or similar software
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage tasks independently
Language skills: Fluency in Estonian and good English; additional languages are an advantage

Job description

Manage and work with the Estonian Construction Register (EHR) and related project documentation
Participate in and oversee construction processes, including new builds and renovation projects
Perform practical on-site engineering work, preferably in metal and wood construction
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth execution of works
Collaborate with internal teams, certified specialists, assistants, and external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and submit required technical and project documentation
Support project implementation across Estonia when needed
Work with AutoCAD (DWG) and other relevant engineering tools
Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations
Facilitate project handover to private clients and authorities
