Requirements for candidates

  • Experience in B2B sales is a must.
  • Experience in Dentistry/Medical Field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in Estonian, Russian & English is essential.
  • Driving License is an advantage.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team as a Dental Sales Representative.
This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for business development, and client engagement.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, promoting our products, and closing deals. This is a full-time role with commission-based compensation and a basic monthly allowance.

What we offer

  • Commission on Sales: a competitive commission structure will be applied to all confirmed and paid sales deals closed by you.
  • Monthly Salary: A basic monthly allowance will be provided
  • Petrol/Transportation: All business expenses such as (petrol, transportation, etc, business trips etc.) will be compensated.
  • Training Program: Selected candidates will be provided with training.
  • Mobile Phone: You will be provided with a phone & corporate SIM card.
  • Product Samples: You will be provided with product samples and Demo models to assist in demonstrating the offering to potential clients.
  • Ongoing Technical Support: Our specialists will be available to assist you with any technical or product-related questions, ensuring you are fully supported when engaging with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Present and demonstrate our products using samples provided by the company.
  • Follow-up and the close of sales deals in coordination with the company’s logistics team.
  • Achieve annual and month sales plans by closing deals with new customers and supporting regular customers.
  • Represent the company professionally in all engagements and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
