Overview
We are currently looking for a Service Owner to join our Enhance team in Estonia. Enhance focuses on ensuring global quality standards are met by providing excellent customer experience to our game studios.
As a Service Owner, you will be leading teams and execute the service objectives. You will align service strategy with portfolio objectives and will also be responsible for vision, value realization of services.
Responsibilities
👨💻 What you'll do
- Lead and Manage
- Directly manages cross functional and functional teams and guides them into accomplishing Service objectives
- Ensures that the team members are equipped with the requisite skill set required for both current and future services by developing a training and career development plan for each team member.
- Strategic Objective Alignment
- Sets and achieves delivery and quality objectives
- Strategically align service to greater organizational goals
- Understand and align with benefits realization defined in your area of delivery
- Service Execution Management
- Prioritization and planning of Service delivery, including implementation and management of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Establishes and reviews processes, procedures and efficiency objectives and ensures they are followed
Qualifications
🔍 Who are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of people management / leadership experience.
- Coaching and developing teams.
- Creating high performance environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience is required.
- Proven results engaging customers and stakeholders at senior management level.
- SDLC experience is highly advantageous specifically in software testing.
- Understanding of high performance, scale software delivery and operational methodologies.
