The opportunity
We are looking for a HR Team Lead to manage a team that delivers HR administration and employee-data services. In this role, you will guide day-to-day operations, support several countries and help ensure that employee information is accurate, up to date and managed in line with our processes.
You will supervise HR professionals, coach team members and help them grow. You will support onboarding and offboarding activities, absence management, ticket handling and monthly payroll input. You will also contribute to process improvements and support HR projects, including new system implementations and operational adjustments.

How you’ll make an impact
- Supervising the People Operations team and setting clear daily operational objectives.
- Overseeing team activities, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, service-ticket handling and monthly payroll input.
- Supporting people development through regular coaching, targeted training and guidance on career growth.
- Monitoring HR administration and employee-data services across multiple countries through system checks and routine audits.
- Ensuring high-quality employee data by tracking and reporting service levels, metrics and key performance indicators.
- Managing escalations by coordinating with employees, managers and local HR partners, identifying root causes and driving preventive actions.
- Translating strategic goals into actionable tasks and acting as a link between upper management and the HR operations team.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and up-to-date HR procedures.
- Leading or supporting HR projects, including new system implementations and process improvements to increase efficiency.
Your background
- Experience in HR operations, HR administration or employee-data management.
- Ability to coordinate work, support others and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with HR systems and data.
- Ability to monitor performance indicators, identify issues and follow through on actions.
- Confidence in handling employee enquiries and resolving escalations with clarity and empathy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across several countries.
- Motivation to take responsibility for day-to-day operations and support the development of others.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
