What will help to succeed in the role:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the fintech industry.
Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Owning the technical vision of our payment methods, our Apps, Portals and our checkout APIs
Leading design, development, deployment, and operations of the components
Collaborating with product leadership to align technical solutions with business requirements
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the software engineering teams
Planning and tracking budgets, ensuring cost efficiency of development and operations
Ensuring engineering adhesion to best practices in security, scalability, and performance and fulfilling all compliance and regulatory requirements
Staying on top of the latest industry trends and overseeing the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the platforms capabilities
