DHI's Business Applications team, placed in Core IT, is responsible for maintaining all the software that runs their business, including ERP, CRM, BI and HRM as well as a broad portfolio of task specific applications primarily related to their advisory and software businesses. DHI's ecosystem consists mainly of Microsoft tools and platforms, but they are by no means MS exclusive.

What you will be responsible for

The Solutions Architect for DHI Business Applications team will be responsible for overall BA architecture as well as ensuring sustainable design, development and maintenance of integrations between Business Applications. In this role you will:

· Act as lead architect on key Business Application projects

· Design master data/metadata architecture, cross app workflows and data integrations

· Facilitate continuous improvement & simplification in integration landscape

· Review changes to integrations/master data architecture

· Lead technical stakeholder management for integration between Business Applications and software development teams

· Be a key participant in technology choice, platform strategy and roadmap

· Help ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, data governance, compliance and security in Business Applications

· Ensure that we have the necessary infrastructure and data governance to implement AI at scale

Qualifications and skills

· Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, including:

· Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Dataverse, workflows, Sales, Customer Journey, Marketing

· Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages

· SharePoint workflows

· Fabric

Experience

· history of hands-on experience designing and implementing BA solutions in Microsoft heavy environments

· Strong understanding of cloud native architecture best-practices, integration design and security
