We are looking for a Customer Support and Sales Manager to drive our competitive edge by enhancing our product portfolio and leading a high-performing team. In this key role, you will oversee customer support and sales for small businesses and residential clients, implement improvements, and play a crucial part in maintaining our market leadership.
What you will do:
- Manage and organize the Customer Support team, ensuring high performance, analyzing results, and implementing a motivating bonus structure.
- Prepare and manage the team budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, recommending and implementin g strategic changes in pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Map customer needs, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent service levels.
- Develop new services and partnerships to expand our offerings.
- Optimize sales and service processes, and work on pricing and marketing strategies.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and collaborate effectively with other business units.
- Maintain and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, marketing or technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, with proven team leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Estonian and English (Russian is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Visionary mindset, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
