Qualifications
· A university degree in Business Management, Sales or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales roles. Previous experience within FMCG; spirits is a plus but not required.
· International or multi-market experience preferred.
· Strong commercial understanding, and ability to build persuasive cases.
· Fluent in English and Estonian.

About the role
Pernod Ricard Estonia is looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales operations and client relationships. In this role, you will manage key accounts, drive sales planning, and deliver strategic insights to support business growth. Reporting to the Estonian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strong commercial results and ensure a high-quality customer experience together with the local sales team.

What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
· Achieving sales targets and track performance.
· Planning, executing, and analysing sales campaigns together with sales and marketing team.
· Preparing budget, analysis and sales forecasts for key accounts. Continually monitoring progress vs. targets.
· Providing market insights and maintain a comprehensive competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
· Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information in line with company standards.
· Developing tailored offers and closely monitor demand trends.
· Monitoring and managing receivables within your portfolio.
