JELD-WEN is seeking a results-driven and strategic Category Manager to join our European Procurement Team. This position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with opportunities for remote or flexible work arrangements.

This role focuses on the Hardware category within direct materials, leading category strategies, optimizing procurement processes, and building strong supplier partnerships to deliver value across the organization. It requires a combination of analytical thinking, market insight, and negotiation expertise to drive cost efficiency and innovation.

Support the development of a strong sourcing function by managing supplier relationships, driving total cost management, and ensuring alignment with business goals through robust sourcing strategies and measurable KPIs.
