Vacancy Information:

Ursapharm is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Medical Sales Representative to strengthen its presence in the Estonian market. The main focus is on promoting and selling premium eye drops and related ophthalmic products to ophthalmologists and key medical professionals across Estonia. The right candidate is an active communicator, bold and confident in customer interactions, and thrives on achieving visible results. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the best-known products in the field, supported by a strong international brand and high customer trust.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and key partners.
  • Present and promote the company's ophthalmic portfolio, highlighting clinical and patient value.
  • Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and participate in medical events.
  • Drive business growth through product visibility and new business opportunities.
  • Gather market insights and collaborate with marketing and medical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations.

Expectations:

  • Experience as medical representative or (medical) sales (ophthalmology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector and decision-making processes.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing preferred.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Estonia.
