What You'll Do

Are you ready to make an impact in a global company committed to creating sustainable solutions? Neste Marketing & Services is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, offering an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Finance Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing financial tasks and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer overdues, conducting credit checks, and resolving payment issues.
Preparing reports on overdue accounts and potential risks.
Processing purchase invoices and managing Accounts Payable tasks.
Supporting internal users and answering vendor inquiries.
Handling customer receivables and Accounts Receivable postings.
Reconciling transactions, preparing month-end reports, and assisting with tax declarations.
Managing Fixed Asset inventories and ensuring timely period-end closings.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a multinational company.
Strong English skills (Finnish is an advantage).
Knowledge of accounting processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
Analytical skills, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines.
