Languages: English, Russian, Estonian (Lithuanian and Polish are a plus)

Experience in international trade, logistics, or operational management

Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international documentation

Proficiency in Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, stress resilience, and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments

Communicate with international partners, suppliers, and buyers

Coordinate with transport companies (road and rail): prepare instructions, order plans, fill in CMR and SMGS documents

Monitor warehouse stock levels and product movement

Calculate product cost and oversee quality control

Manage supply schedules and delivery tracking

Provide full documentary support for purchase and sales operations: contracts, invoices, shipping documents

Prepare customs clearance documentation and related paperwork

Maintain internal reporting for management

Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Participate in operational planning and contract execution

Liaise with customs and certification authorities

Monitor compliance and mitigate operational risks
