Fujitsu's Shared Service Centre is searching for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to play a vital role in connecting people and technology. What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and precise management of crucial supply chain processes. Your daily tasks will include:
- Order to Delivery: Formalizing sales and purchase orders, creating delivery notes, and monitoring deliveries to ensure our end-users receive what they need.
- Contract Management: Taking charge of mobile and television service contracts, ensuring all agreements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work Orders: Efficiently managing and closing work orders, becoming the go-to person for keeping our operations smooth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills are key, as you'll be working with international teams and partners.
- Quick Learner: The ability to understand and work through technical manuals and new processes quickly.
- Team Player & Self-Starter: You value teamwork, can work independently, but aren't afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed.
- Bonus Points: Any prior experience in Supply Chain, or familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow or SAP, would be an advantage, but it's not a deal-breaker.
