Digiotouch is a fast-growing deep-tech start-up bootstrapped with public funding. The company is based in Estonia and France and commercialises Digiotouch AI, a Generative AI powered automation tool for meeting transcription, translation, and summary generation. Key features include real-time, high-accuracy transcription and translation; intelligent summaries and action items; end-to-end security and data privacy; and user-friendly dashboards facilitating easy access and review of meeting transcripts and summaries.

Digiotouch also invests into research and technology development (RTD). Against the background of mega trends such as European Green Deal, climate change, and digitalisation, RTD team focuses on technical disruptions in business areas that are of interest to the company. Its main R&D asset is a computing continuum composed of secure, cloud based Paradise platform, Digiotouch Edge, and IoT devices. The ground-breaking industrial research & innovation activities of Digiotouch has received funding from 20+ EU-funded Horizon Europe and H2020 projects.

Digiotouch is currently composed of nine team members and is looking forward to welcome two experienced software developers working on AI powered solutions. Digiotouch CEO has raised more than 4M € in public funding and the company also received $200k of credits from the prestigious Google for Startups Cloud Program.

It offers high-accuracy transcription with speaker identification, translation to 140+ languages, and a secure framework that protects sensitive data. Its AI-powered customer experience enables businesses to gain up to 5 hours/week/employee. Seamless integration with external platforms allows transfering insights directly to customers preferred workflows. Use of open-source models guarantees transparency and trust, ensuring data remains private and is not used for model training.
