About the Role

KFC Baltics is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Channel Specialist to manage product setup, menu structure and communication materials across our digital sales channels. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of marketing, IT, and operations, ensuring that our menu is always accurate and up-to-date and our digital channel experience is optimized to address the needs for both restaurant teams and customers. The position is temporary, covering for an employee on parental leave.

Job purpose

Create, maintain, and update all KFC products and offers, including their prices, descriptions, and image, across all sales channels, including POS, kiosks, website, mobile app, and delivery aggregators
Manage menu structure, up-selling, cross-selling, and system configurations to deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience within digital sales channels
Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant teams on sales channel issues, coordinating quick troubleshooting with internal teams and external partners
Support marketing-driven IT initiatives, such as delivery platform integrations, Click&Collect rollout, and loyalty program launches
Manage and update visual assets for key communication touchpoints, including digital menu boards, kiosk and cash register screensavers
Maintain and update product data on the KFC website, including menu items, nutritional facts, and allergen information

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with POS systems (R-Keeper, Oracle and Future Ordering experience is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks with cross-functional teams
Comfort with data entry, system setup, and troubleshooting
Clear communication and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in English and one of the Baltic languages - Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian
Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality industry is beneficial
Availability for travel
