Selkirk Sport, a leading innovator in the pickleball industry, is seeking a results-driven Amazon Advertising Manager to elevate our presence on the worlds largest e-commerce platform. If you're passionate about data-driven advertising, thrive in a high-growth environment, and are eager to make a direct impact on a premium sports brand, we want to hear from you. This is your opportunity to shape and scale a high-performing Amazon advertising strategy that reaches millions of players and fans.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on PPC experience - ideally with Amazon Ads and/or Google Ads(willing to train the right candidate on Amazon specifics).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large ad budgets effectively, balancing efficiency with growth objectives.
  • Comfortable navigating campaign management platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads Console, Google Ads Manager, or similar), and adapting quickly to new tools and dashboards.
  • Highly analytical able to interpret campaign data, spot trends, and turn insights into clear, data-backed actions.
  • Skilled with Excel/Google Sheets, and familiar with reporting platforms or performance dashboards.
  • Clear communicator and structured thinker capable of explaining strategies and collaborating with creative and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keyword Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover high-intent, high-volume search terms for targeting across campaigns.
  • Campaign Setup & Launch: Build, launch, and manage Amazon PPC, DSP and Creator Connections campaigns, aligned with business goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Bid & Budget Management: Monitor bids and pacing to maximize performance and return on ad spend, while staying within allocated budgets.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance data and proactively refine targeting, bids, placements, and ad creatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.), uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights in clear reports for the internal team.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation Run structured tests to compare ad elements and apply learnings to refine campaign strategy.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets with precision, ensuring spend aligns with overall business objectives and seasonal targets.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Research and evaluate competitor ad strategies to identify threats, gaps, and high-potential opportunities.
  • Platform & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with changes in Amazons ad ecosystem, emerging formats, and PPC trends to maintain a competitive edge.
