- Gross salary. 3,830-6,110 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What You Will Do:
- Lead Data Protection area on a pan-Baltic and Luminor Group level
- Lead a team of Data Protection Officers and drive team and individual development
- Oversee and lead the creation, continuous improvement of Luminor data protection principles and communicate to Luminor colleagues and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, the Management Board and supervisory authorities on data protection matters
- Oversee the identification and assessment of data protection risks and escalate issues where appropriate
- Monitor and control compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide expert advice and trainings to internal teams on data protection best practices and legal obligations
- Decide on and manage data breach reporting to authorities
- Represent Luminor in external engagements with regulators and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with other Luminor divisions, subsidiaries
- Promote risk and compliance culture through effective communication, education, and visible leadership
What We Expect:
- Masters degree in Law
- Proven experience of at least 4-5 years in data protection, privacy compliance and regulatory engagement
- 2-3 years direct experience of leading others and engaging diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and highly developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade others
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and international data protection frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- CIPP or equivalent certification is preferred
- Advanced English language proficiency in spoken and written communication, excellent Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian languages
