Back-office specialist
Wallet Solutions is a key partner of an international group of companies operating in the securities markets. We provide financial and technical solutions within the dynamic landscape of crypto-assets. Together, we build a seamless connection between the worlds of crypto and traditional finance.
As a Back-office Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting financial operations through accurate reconciliations, settlement coordination, and reporting activities. You will ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance while contributing to the improvement of operational workflows and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and support month-end closing processes
- Reconcile data across client accounts, wallets, and payment service providers
- Oversee settlements with liquidity providers
- Collaborate with accounting partners to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to Financial Authorities
- Assist in developing and automating back-office procedures
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with reconciliation tools is a plus
- Fluent in English and Estonian
- Detail-oriented, self-organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of financial operations and accounting principles
- Tech-savvy and eager to contribute to process improvements
