The opportunity

To extend capability of Swedish team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist.

You will support hiring process, response to employee queries and gain experience in administration task for other HR area.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across the employee life cycle.

How you´ll make an impact

Ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
Assist with HR-related documentation and data entry.
Help answer employee and manager questions about HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
Help prepare reports and documents for internal use or external authorities.

Your background

Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel.
A proactive and service-minded attitude.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
