We are looking for Quality Assurance / DevOps Specialist to join our team.

As Quality Assurance Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing requirements specifications, writing detailed and comprehensive test cases and software testing during our development lifecycle. Also responsible for identifying, analysing, and reporting found software issues into an issue tracking system.

As DevOps Specialist, your responsibility is to delve into critical systems and technically ensure the management of their environments, version upgrades and deliveries.

Working in our collaborative agile team environment, it will be essential for you to effectively communicate with all members of the customer project team as well as with customer directly, giving feedback on project overall status, report found issues and help with analysing software problems.

Your main task is to ensure excellent quality for software and deliveries.

We expect you to have:

Prior experience in Manual and Test Automation Engineering
Experience in working with Test Automation frameworks, i.e. Robot Framework or Cypress or UIPath (we are working with Robot Framework)
DevOps experience with i.e. OpenShift or Jenkins (building pipelines etc.)
Understanding of software testing methodologies, processes and tools
Verbal and written communication in English and Estonian
Possibility to work at least three days per week on-site in our Tallinn office where rest of the team is present on daily basis. During induction period 4-6 months we expect you to be working on-site fully.

We value highly the following expertise:

Non-life insurance or insurance business experience and knowledge
Finnish language (at least reading)

We also appreciate expertise in:

Commitment to meeting project deadlines
Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve upon current skills
Good communication skillsand experience working in customer front
Knowledge of financial domain
Database technologies (SQL, DB2, MongoDB)
Knowledge of multiple software programs (i.e. Jira, GitLab)
Knowledge of AI/LLM solutions (i.e Copilot, Claude, Gemini)
