The Role
Do you enjoy helping others succeed, love sports, and have a knack for organizing teams and processes? We're looking for a Sports Customer Onboarding Team Lead to support and guide our onboarding team based in Estonia. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our partners like leagues and federations get up and running smoothly with our sports and streaming products.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Help coordinate day-to-day tasks and projects for the local onboarding team
- Support and guide team members through training, development, and motivation
- Collaborate with other teams to keep processes aligned and effective
- Take part in recruiting and welcoming new teammates
- Share regular updates and reports with the wider business
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of our products, tools, and procedures
- Look for ways to improve how we work and help drive small changes that make a big impact
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading or supporting a team in a customer support or operational environment
- A background in project management or experience managing multi-step onboarding processes
- Comfortable with tools like Zendesk, JIRA/Linear, Confluence/Notion, and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
- A collaborative mindset, with confidence managing several tasks and priorities at once
- An understanding of sports and customer service workflows is a plus
