Requirements for candidates

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience of developing and nurturing a client pipeline
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort working toward aggressive targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
  • Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Job description

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
  • Manage and grow a qualified pipeline.
  • Run a consultative sales process: discovery, demos, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Follow clients on their customer journey to ensure we onboard clients fully and make use of cross-selling also further down the line.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as Hubspot to drive productivity and deal velocity.
  • Help shape our commercial playbook for Estonia with feedback and data.
