Job description

Responsibility:

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our site in Keila, reporting to the Technical Manager.

Your main tasks:

Standardization of production processes, development of production parameters, optimization
Industrialization of new products, setting production parameters
Preparation/updating of documents and procedures
Reducing production costs while delivering a high-quality product
Resolving quality problems and deviations
Participation in the commissioning of equipment
Collaboration with production managers, technical engineers, and continuous improvement engineers
Technical support of customers

You are the right fit if you are:

Fluent in Estonian
Educated to degree level in an Engineering/Technical discipline.
Knowledge of efficiency-enhancing principles/tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation capability.
Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach.
