We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to assist our clients with inquiries and onboard them. If you are a good communicator, with a can-do attitude, with technival savvy and enjoy problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both English

and Russian (written and verbal).

Proactive and solution-oriented "can-do" attitude

with a positive mindset.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Estonian language is a plus.

Tööülesannete kirjeldus

Onboard and support new clients, occasionally perform client calls for assistance.
Daily client communications.
Manage the CRM program for client management.
Conduct KYC procedures for 1Office Group clients.
Provide Office Assistant coverage as needed.
Administrative tasks as needed.
