Required Qualifications:

Very good experience in software development.
Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL).
Experience with API integrations and modern cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

Tool Development & Systems Integration:

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of internal tools that enhance supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, forecasting, and inventory management.
Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, and BI tools) with custom-built applications and ensure smooth data flow and automation.
Maintain and evolve existing tools with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
Leads software development processes and ensures compliance with standards
Ensures the completion of information systems/applications
Develops and records architectural and design solutions of information systems and
communicates them to a team
Establishes and leads the software development lifecycle with a proper methodology, standards and best practices

Leadership & Strategy:

Serve as the technical lead and mentor for a small team of developers and analysts, establishing best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT leadership to understand business pain points and proactively develop technology solutions.

Project Management:

Communicates with interested parties (customer, project manager, system administrator, technical management) to achieve compliance of design and architecture and a timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of tools.
