Требования к кандидатам

• 5+ years of experience in QA (at least 2 years in a lead role).

• Strong expertise in test automation (API, UI, and mobile testing).

• Experience working with Python (Django), web app, iOS/Android apps.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of performance testing tools JMeter and security testing will be an advantage.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or payment systems (high compliance environments).

QA Strategy & Process Development

· Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy (manual & automation).

· Establish best practices for API, web, and mobile testing.

· Ensure compliance with fintech industry standards and security requirements

Test Automation & CI/CD

· Lead the automation of API testing (Python, PyTest, Postman).

· Implement automated regression tests into the CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Test Execution & Defect Management

· Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.

· Manage and prioritize bug tracking and defect resolution (JIRA, TestRail).

· Oversee end-to-end testing, including functional, security, performance, and UAT.
