What We Are Looking For:
- Native English speaker or proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- A passion for endurance sports like running, cycling, triathlon, or similar disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Kustomer) is a plus.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Weekend/Evening availability is a must.
What You Will Do:
- Be the first point of contact for athletes and customers, offering support via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide expert advice on nutrition products tailored to endurance sports.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, including product recommendations, troubleshooting, and order updates.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our services.
