About this opportunity:

Our final assembly manufacturing department is looking for Producibility Engineer who can review mechanical design solutions from a production point of view and give feedback and improvement suggestions to design departments based in Sweden, so we get producible products at a reasonable cost, with high yield in a short time to the market.

This is a full-time site based role at our Ericsson Estonia Factory on Peterburi tee in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you will do:

Evaluate mechanical designs of Ericsson products to ensure producibility and cost-effectiveness
Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to design units globally through the DFM (Design for Manufacturability) process
Facilitate high yield and timely market delivery of products by enabling assembly processes
Procure and validate production-specific assembly tools

The skills you bring:

Experience in mechanical design
Knowledge of production development processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Bachelor or master's degree in production engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
Proactive approach to new challenges
Strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Estonian and/or Russian language skills are a bonus
