North Coast Code is an Estonian software development studio with a keen eye for design.
We build government tech, business tech and development tools.
You will join our team of designers creating designs that wow our clients and increase conversion rates on ads, websites, profiles and social media.
Your education is less important than your ability to make cool shit consistently.
Qualifications:
//A modern design portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and an eye for detail.
//2+ years of Figma experience minimum. Ability to create style libraries, handover files, and responsive auto-layouts.
//Design flexibility. Work with the client's brand guidelines and house style.
//Comfortable designing both UI elements, mockups and Marketing content.
//Conversational English and Estonian.
//Capable working in a fast paced and flat-structured environment.
//You do not get married to your own ideas and are open to changing/breaking things.
What you will do:
//Creating design content for digital marketing. Things such as social media graphics, website banners, presentations, landing page designs and UI mockups.
//Maintain consistency in style and branding across all design projects.
//Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our design strategies.
//Take feedback from the Business team and creative director to incorporate changes and improve designs.
//Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
