Playtechs Service Operations unit is looking for a proactive Monitoring Competence Manager with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Take ownership of onboarding new monitoring solutions and continuously improve related processes.
- Manage and support global Grafana dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Develop internal tools to automate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance support operations.
- Collaborate with the monitoring platform and product teams by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Work independently and within a team to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Have a technical background and experience with IT support or monitoring solutions.
- Possess basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Are eager to learn new tools and have a mindset for improving internal processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues in using monitoring tools.
- Have experience with Grafana, VictoriaMetrics/InfluxDB, Zabbix, or similar monitoring tools is a strong plus.
