Job description

We are seeking a proactive sales team player to help expand our impact across global markets. In this role, you will be at the frontline of sales strategy and execution - identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and turning prospects into long-term clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and directly engage with potential distribution partners to grow our network.
Monitor distributor performance, provide continuous support, and follow up to ensure steady order flow.
Offer technical and product guidance tailored to the needs of your assigned accounts.
Customize sales presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
Collaborate on the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to pinpoint areas for strategic expansion and promotion.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, and thorough documentation.
Keep management informed with clear, results-oriented activity reports.

Requirements

A positive, ambitious mindset with a passion for teamwork and results
Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint
A technical or engineering-oriented mindset
Experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian is plus
