We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager with language skills and industry experience for the position from the mid of May. The language requirement is good spoken and written Estonian, English, other languages are an advantage. The work will take place in Tallinn. 

Sales tasks

1. Customer acquisition and management: Building new customer relationships (e.g. travel agencies, corporate customers, group tour operators). Maintaining and developing existing customers.

2. Planning and implementing a sales strategy: Setting and monitoring sales targets. Preparing price lists and offer packages (e.g. cruises, chartered trips, meal packages).

3. B2B and B2C sales: Serving corporate and consumer customers. Participating in sales events and presentations.

4. Reporting and results monitoring: o Reporting sales results to management. o Monitoring budgets and analyzing results.

Marketing tasks 1. Planning a marketing strategy: Defining target groups (e.g. domestic tourists, foreign tourists, corporate customers). Planning seasonal campaigns (summer cruises, event cruises, Midsummer, etc.).

2. Digital marketing: Website maintenance and development. Social media management (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Email marketing and newsletters.

3. Advertising and brand building: Design of promotional materials (brochures, videos, photos). o Collaboration with bloggers, travel websites and influencers.

4. Event and campaign coordination: Organizing marketing events and functions. Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns

You will receive full support from the owners with mutually agreed rules. Cruising at sea is the best thing you can experience in the summer. Our customers are on vacation or on holiday, the atmosphere in our company is relaxed. The workplace is cozy, but responsible. You will get to know the people and leaders of the Tallinn tourism industry. The customers are tourists, so you will get to speak different languages. You will develop in a new field and learn new things.
