If You have:

• Higher education in food technology or related field
• At least 2 years of previous working experience as technologist/product developer
• Solid understanding of food quality requirements and standards
• Very good command of Estonian and English language
• Great communication skills and eagerness to learn, but also teach others
• Ability to contribute to an analytical and results oriented work process
• Valid B category driver's license and willing to travel to different areas in Estonia

We entrust you with:

• Development of new products, preparation of recipes and calculation of nutritional value
• Ensuring the quality and assortment of food products in the Rimi production units
• Visiting Rimi production units within Estonia, training staff to ensure a high-quality standard and efficient use of trade space
• Providing review and insight into Rimi production units processes
• Cooperation in various cross-Baltic projects (e.g. raw material tenders, Rimi Quality Ambition)
• Preparing, managing and maintaining technical documentation on the SAP system
