Your key responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential business clients.
Support and facilitate the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent and clear communication.
Keep client records and data forms up to date.
Assist the Sales Manager with marketing and sales tasks as needed.

What were looking for

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
Fluency in English is also required.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, independent work ethic.
A team player with great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty/well-being sector is a plus.
Preferred work location: Tartu, but remote/hybrid arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
