- Coordinating forecasting and reporting practices.
- Collaborating closely with our CFO and colleagues across Estonia, Baltic region and Sweden.
- Managing ad-hoc tasks, such as regulatory requests and finance related projects.
- Leading a diverse team of financial analysts while aligning activities with the banks strategic direction.
- Ensuring continuous development for both your team members and yourself through coaching-led leadership practices.
